Carriers: We ship all orders via FedEx and DHL, providing reliable and efficient service for both domestic and international deliveries.

Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Once your order is processed, it will typically arrive within 7-10 business days.

Oversized Artwork: For oversized pieces, custom crating is required to ensure safe delivery. The cost of crating is the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated based on the specific requirements of the artwork.

Shipping Insurance: All shipments include shipping insurance for added peace of mind.

Because of the unique nature of our original pieces, Matthew R. Paden Fine Art unfortunately cannot accommodate returns. If you have any uncertainties regarding your purchase, we encourage you to ask for more images from the artist.
In exceptional circumstances, Matt may consider accepting a return, provided it is in its original packaging and insured, in exchange for merchandise credit or an exchange.
