Interested in licensing my cartoons or characters for your next project?

Cartoon & Character Licensing
Whether you’re looking to publish in print, launch a marketing campaign, or create unique merchandise, I offer flexible licensing options tailored to fit your specific needs.
Below, you’ll find all the essential details to get started.
Types of Licenses Offered:
I offer several licensing options depending on how you plan to use the artwork. Common categories include:
Publication – Use of cartoons in books, magazines, newspapers, or digital articles.
Film/TV – Licensing for use in video productions, TV shows, streaming content, or films.
Merchandising – Use of cartoons or characters on products like T-shirts, mugs, posters, or packaging.
Marketing & Advertising – Use in promotional campaigns, online ads, print ads, or social media marketing.
License Rights
Licensing terms vary based on your project’s scope. Here’s a breakdown of common rights categories:
Exclusive Rights – You receive sole rights to use the artwork for a specific purpose. No one else can use or license the same cartoon during the agreed period.
Suitable for high-visibility campaigns or branding.
Non-Exclusive Rights – You receive permission to use the artwork, but I retain the right to license the same work to other clients.
Ideal for general publication or merchandising.
Limited Rights – The license is restricted to a particular geographic region, medium (e.g., print or web), or duration.
Example: A license for one-time use in a regional magazine.
Duration & Renewal
Licenses are typically issued for a set duration (e.g., 6 months, 1 year, or more).
Once the term ends, you may renew the license if continued use is needed. Long-term licenses are also available upon request.
Usage Restrictions
All licenses come with agreed-upon usage restrictions. Clients are not permitted to:
Resell or redistribute the licensed work.
Use the artwork outside the agreed mediums or campaigns.
Alter or modify the artwork without prior approval (unless specified in the license agreement).
Licensing Process
Submit a Request – Reach out with details about your project and intended use of the artwork. Be as specific as possible (e.g., medium, distribution, duration).
Receive a Quote – I’ll review your request and provide a custom quote based on the license type and scope.
Review & Sign Agreement – Once we agree on the terms, you’ll receive a licensing agreement for review and signature.
Payment – A 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon finalization.
Delivery – Upon receipt of the final payment, I’ll deliver high-resolution files ready for your intended use.
